By creating an account or using any Allovion product — Prudentia, Gobo, or Index — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. The Beta Program

Allovion is currently offered as a Beta service. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice, and occasional downtime should be expected as we continue development.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use Allovion products to store or transmit unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Do not resell or sublicense access without our written consent.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings; changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to any account that violates these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Allovion products are provided "as is" during the Beta period without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allovion is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Allovion after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
